Christopher M. David, Esq.

Christopher David is a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned trial lawyer. For over 30 years, Chris has approached each case with an eye towards resolution, while understanding that a case cannot be resolved if it is not ready to be tried. To that end, Chris works tirelessly to help clients achieve their goals, through aggressive trial practice and settlement negotiations.

When asked what he does, Chris often responds in jest with, “Have Gun, Will Travel,” a throwback reference to an American Western television series of the same name. As a trial lawyer, Chris prides himself on his ability to navigate complex legal matters, develop effective case strategies, and execute his plans. 
 
Throughout the years, Chris has primarily focused his practice on commercial litigation, representing companies and their principles in various disputes at the state and federal level. Chris also spent over fifteen (15) years as outside general counsel to a prominent group of Florida skilled nursing facilities, handling all their corporate, regulatory and litigation needs. In that role, Chris regularly defended the group’s nursing home negligence cases, which ran the gamut from slip and fall claims to wrongful death claims.   
 
Now, Chris draws on his extensive experience to represent those injured by nursing home, assisted living facility, group home, and adult day care center abuse and neglect. Leveraging his background, Chris brings a unique blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and expertise to ensure justice for those who have been harmed at the hands of negligent facilities.
