No Attorney-Client Relationship
The information on (including all subpages) (hereinafter collectively, "Website") is intended for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Use of the Website does not create an attorney-client relationship with FIDJ, PLLC, or any attorneys associated therewith whether named on the Website or not) (collectively, "Law Firm"). Merely initiating contact with the Law Firm through the Website will not create an attorney-client relationship with the Law Firm. The Law Firm does not enter into any legal representation agreements without, among other things, proper due diligence and conflict checks.

By using the Website Chat, the Free Case Evaluation Form, or the Send Us a Message Form, you agree that you are over the age of 18. The failure to file a claim before the expiration of the appropriate statute of limitations may forever bar you from bringing that claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Law Firm harmless from and against any loss, costs, expenses, claims, damages, and liabilities (including attorneys' fees and costs) related to or associated with your use of the Website and/or any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.

By accessing the Website, you agree that any disputes or matters arising out of or related to your viewing or use of this Website shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law, with exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The above Terms and Conditions may change at any time without written notice to users and such Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon their posting.
