The Law Firm does not enter into any legal representation agreements without, among other things, proper due diligence and conflict checks.

By accessing the Website, you agree that any disputes or matters arising out of or related to your viewing or use of this Website shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law, with exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
