Residents of Florida nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and adult day care centers deserve the highest level of care and treatment yet, sadly, they are all too often subjected to abuse and neglect, resulting in preventable injuries.

 

Unfortunately, in our pursuit of Fighting Inequity and Demanding Justice for victims of abuse and neglect, we see alarming trends in preventable injuries. The issues and injuries listed below represent a sampling of those trends.
